Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers has launched Trump Towers Hyderabad, a luxury residential project located in Kokapet’s Golden Mile, in partnership with Ira Realty, marking the Trump brand’s entry into South India.
The development comprises two 65-storey towers rising around 242 metres (800 feet) and connected by a suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor. The bridge will house the Trump Club, a landscaped club floor spanning both towers. The project will have more than 450 residences, including 3.5-BHK and 4-BHK homes and double-height simplex residences.
Tribeca Developers are India’s official licensor or Trump-branded projects while Ira Realty is Hyderabad-based real estate builder.
“The ticket size of apartments is expected to be in the range of Rs 5 crore and Rs 18 crore depending on the size. However, the penthouses will be much more expensive ranging between Rs 30 crore and Rs 62 crore. Out of 16 penthouses, eight are already sold. One penthouse was sold for Rs 60 crore while another one was sold for over Rs 30 crore. Total penthouses worth Rs 250 crore are sold,” Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers.
He said that total investment in the project is expected to be around Rs 1,800 crore (excluding the land cost) and the topline is likely to remain around Rs 3,500 crore to Rs 4,200 crore.
The largest penthouse would be of 30,000 sqft in size.
Market analysts said that the broader western corridor, including Kokapet and the Financial District, has attracted strong demand from high-income buyers, senior professionals and NRIs. Hyderabad recorded Rs 8,562 crore of transactions in homes priced at Rs 10 crore and above in FY26, according to a report by India Sotheby’s International Realty and CRE Matrix.
The project will be developed at a 4-acre land parcel and have a built-up area of 2.1 million square feet. The project is scheduled for completion by May 15, 2031.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, said Hyderabad's growing luxury housing market made it an attractive location for the brand's expansion in India. He said the project was designed around the twin-tower configuration and elevated club concept.
Tribeca has previously developed Trump-branded residential projects in Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida and Kolkata.
Mehta said that NRI investments projection in the project is currently between 15 and 20 percent and is expected to increase. He said most of the buyers include UNHIs, business families and NRIs mostly from North America.
He added that the company would be launching India’s first luxury commercial office building Trump Offices in Pune.
Narsi Reddy, founder and managing director of Ira Realty, said that Tribeca has built more Trump-branded homes than anyone, and every one of those buildings has become the address of its city.
“Hyderabad has grown faster than almost any city in India over the last decade. It has earned a building of this order, and we are proud to be bringing it here," he said.
Mehta said that Tribeca did Rs 3,600 crore of revenue last year and next FY projection of Tribeca is Rs 4,500 crore.
Currently India has eight Trump projects in cities including Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, Noida, Kolkata and Hyderabad.
